Krys Hines, proprietor of Cafe Domestique, collaborated with family-run clothiers John G. Brown & Sons for this classic cycling musette. There is a nice snap-button on the top of the bag to keep your feed-zone meal from popping out, and a beautiful Cafe Domestique embroidered patch on the side. Stitched enough times to ensure this will stand all the use and abuse you can offer.
Cafe Domestique is an independent specialty coffee shop in Dundas, Ontario, at the foot of Sydenham HIll on the Niagara Escarpment. Proprietor Krys Hines is so recognized for his brewing craft that he's been a judge at the North American Barista Championships. Long involved in Southern Ontario's bike racing community, his newly born cafe weds his love for coffee with cycling. Cafe Domestique has quickly become a hub for riders, with many unique pieces of cycling memorabilia on display, along with beer on tap, guest brews from other independent cafes, and entertaining stories from Krys himself.
