We have been in the bike business for almost 15 years; and have been riding our whole life before that. We understand the importance of the bike for sport, fitness, recreation, or just having fun with family & friends.
As the leading bike retailer for high-end road cycling, we are proud of our efforts to promote and grow the road cycling, and use the sport to partner with those who have to help those in need through cycling related fund-raising events.
For years LaBicicletta has partnered and supported the development of junior to master age race teams thorugh direct financial support and conducting a Grand Fondo event in Ontario, Canada. In 2011 Jet Fuel and La Bicicletta are joining forces, two passionate teams with a strong commitment to bilding the profile of cycling in Canada. La Bicicletta has also partnered with the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation who conducts a variety of local, regional and national cycling events that benefit childhood cancer charities in each province of Canada. Through low overhead, corporate sponsorships and the use of hundreds of volunteers the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundations model is to ensure 100% of charitable donations raised go to the charities they support. Tour for Kids is a multi day adult cycling adventure with events in Alberta, Ontario and Atlantic Canada that raises funds for pediatric oncology camps and support programs. Participants can customize their experience by selecting daily distances on this fully supported tour. |
Sears National Kids Cancer Ride |

The Sears National Kids Cancer Ride is an epic 16 day journey across Canada that raises funds for research and in–hospital programs. Everyday Canadians are given the chance to be part of this extraordinary journey by participating as National Riders or as part of a Relay Team. |
