Returns and Exchanges
As your high-end road cycling destination, we ride and we purchase products all the time. And like you all of us have purchased something only to get it home and realize it is not what we were expecting.
At La Bicicletta if the product falls to meet your expectations for any reason within 30 days of receiving it no problem! Except for a few limited situations, as long as the product it is a valid La Bicicletta order and is in "as new condition", simply return it for a full exchange or a refund. Simply put we want you to be happy long term La Bicicletta customer. It is as simple as that.
The only exceptions are nutrition and drink items are not returnable for health safety reasons, and custom orders. Custom orders are products specifically ordered or customized for the specific customer such as custom painted bikes, personalized clothing, and wheelsets built to your specifications. These orders tend to be final but give us a call and we will review what we can do for you.
So what do you do if you have a product you want to return?
- If you are near our store bring the product in for a full refund or exchange.

- If you are not near our store, package the product in the original packaging material and return it via insured ground mail or UPS Ground, along with the completed Returns Form.
- Remember to keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
- Once we receive your return, as long as it is in "as new condition" we will credit the original payment method (credit card, Paypal, Interac online) or give an equal credit. We will also refund the shipping costs up to insured ground mail or ground UPS. Any returns that are in used condition or otherwise damaged may not be accepted.
