Shipping and Delivery
Canadian Orders
All Canada-bound orders are delivered via UPS courier service. We like UPS because they are fast, reliable, and provide a tracking number for every package. No signature is required upon delivery; however, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please know that if you live in remote parts of the Maritimes, northern Ontario, or the Northwest Territories, UPS outsources your package to Purolator at your nearest major city. Orders received by 4:00 pm EDT are shipped the same day (in stock items only).
Free Shipping
For a limited time, free UPS Ground shipping is available for all orders whose value exceeds $150 CDN. For full details, please see our Free Shipping page. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated, and shown to you, during the checkout process.

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we use Ground service on all shipments following the original package. Additional charges may apply to overweight items like bicycles, bike carriers, trainers and workstands.
American Orders

International Orders

No signature is required upon delivery; however, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders received by 4:00 pm EDT are shipped the same day (in stock items only).
We can certainly ship items outside North America, but please be aware that UPS only offers 'Express' service for international deliveries, so costs can be high. At least you’ll receive your delivery quickly!
Although other couriers may cost less for international deliveries, in our experience they provide much poorer results (long delivery times, low / no responsibility, compromised condition of goods upon arrival).
