As your high-end road cycling destination, we ride and we purchase products all the time.  And like you all of us have purchased something only to get it home and realize it is not what we were expecting.

Full Warranty Support

At La Bicicletta if the product falls to meet your expectations for any reason within 30 days of receiving it no problem!  Except for a few limited situations, as long as the product it is a valid La Bicicletta order and is in "as new condition", simply return it for a full exchange or a refund. Heck we will even cover the return shipping costs!  Simply put we want you to be happy long term La Bicicletta customer.  It is as simple as that. Have a warrant issue?  Call or email and we will work with you to fix it right away.
